Holly Anderson’s passion has always been the beauty industry.

Coming from a family of entrepreneurs and business owners, Holly recognized the importance of a customer-centric mindset, building lasting relationships and trust early-on in her career.
This combined with her Diploma in Esthetician and Spa Management (Humber College – Toronto, ON) and passion for the products that she works with, are the reasons why she has been so successful with creating brand awareness and a loyal clientele. Being fully immersed in the beauty industry for well over a decade, Holly’s experience ranges from working in spa, managing a luxury brand counter and ultimately landing in the world of wholesale esthetic sales.

My career in the Spa Industry has spanned 25 years, with a variety of roles, including being an aesthetician working in a spa environment, owning my own spa for 11 years, consulting on the opening of a resort spa in St. Lucia, and being a Sales Representative and Educator. I absolutely LOVE this industry and it is my passion to empower estis and spa owners to grow their businesses their unique way! I have landed in my happy place now, working with Elite Beauty and Sorella Apothecary. Our philosophies of building a community of sharing and supporting each other with an emphasis on wellness and positive mental health is the perfect company culture and fit for me. I love people, I love skin, I love the magic that happens when spas expand their businesses and experience their vision coming to life!
I bring who I am to every encounter—I’m a mother to my 2 incredible teenagers, Skye and Zen, and witnessing them navigate their worlds with kindness and integrity is the biggest gift in my life. I love yoga, meditation, intention setting and gratitude practices, and our rustic family cottage is my favourite place on earth. Mother Nature grounds me and amazes me daily. I thrive on deep connections and relationship building, and I love that this career path gives me the opportunity to connect with incredible people and be a part of boosting their amazing growth.
